Founder and Managing Director Prof. Regine Leibinger in addition to her professional practice (Barkow Leibinger, Berlin) and her commitment to teaching (Harvard GSD), Regine Leibinger founded Experimental with the goal of creating an open framework for experimental thinking and collaboration.
Co-managing Director and Artistic Director Chrissie Muhr has a recognized experience as an architect, researcher and curator in the strategic practice and mediation of architecture and urban transformation, which she draws on in directing Experimental's program and the Experimental Fellowship in collaboration with Bauhaus Earth.
Co-managing Director Hans-Wilhelm Käsewieter has many years’ experience as an industrial engineer in the field of consulting and developing public real estate projects and is a managing partner at Barkow Leibinger.
